下面我介绍一下这四篇文献的主要内容。 吗丁啉(Pantoloc) 人用成分： Domperidone (DPM) 用法： 5 mg/kg PO BID-TID. Dose must be adjusted for dogs greater than or equal to 20 kg in body weight，and cats greater than 8 kg[1]. The dose of Pantoloc for a dog weighing between 4 and 7 kg would thus normally be one capsule divided into four doses， taken every six hours during the day [1]. Cats should receive two capsules per day， distributed as below： once at breakfast; again after lunch; and with dinner. For large cats which may weigh over 9 kg there may need to be up to three capsules given daily depending upon factors such as the severity of symptoms [1，3].
